HuskyCT & NetID

HuskyCT is managed by the LRC on the first floor of the Babbidge Library. If you need help adding a class, or would like a tutorial on how to use the software, they are available for walk-ins or can be contacted at (860)486-1187. Also, try the HuskyCT support site at http://www.irc.uconn.edu/Student_WebCT_HELP.htm.

We can only offer troubleshooting for problems with logging in to HuskyCT. Try holding the CTRL key when clicking on Login; this tells the browser to allow popups, which HuskyCT needs to in order to function. Also see if you can log in using an alternate browser. If not, you may need to reinstall your computer’s Java software at http://www.java.com/en/download/.

Internet Explorer’s pop-up blocker sometimes conflict with HuskyCT. There are instructions for working around this below.
All other NetID services, such as resetting your password, can be handled at http://netid.uconn.edu.
